Return Policies

We guarantee your satisfaction in the quality of our corsets. If for any reason you are unhappy or have chosen the wrong size, you will have a 14 day window to return the item and exchange or accept refund. To receive a refund the item should be in new condition (worn for less than 15 minutes for sizing purposes) and showing no signs of wear. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for cost of returning the item. To prevent any dissatisfaction in sizing and fit, we advise all customers to contact us via the sizing inquiry form (located on our “care wear and sizing page”). Please make sure all items sent back are properly packaged and insured. If the item is being exchanged for another product, please provide payment for shipping.For custom garments Mystic City is not responsible for a corset made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or if the customer changes weight or size after the order is placed. NOTE: Used Merchendise will not be accepted. In order for full credit or a refund to be issued, the corset should not indicate wear, be re-laced, missing the modesty panel, or corset storage bag. If your return item is missing any of the above items, or look as if it has been re-laced; a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT: CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES FOR RETURNED (NOT EXCHANGED) ITEMS. Stripe & Paypal charge a non refundable transaction fee of 3% for every purchase made through our website. This fee is non refundable to MCC and as a result cannot be refunded to the customer.

Returning a Defective Corset – A claim must be reported to MystiC City Corsets by emailing: sylwia@mysticcitycorsets.com

Every corset is covered by factory warranty and any items that arrive defected will be repaired, if not replaced. Defective merchandise MUST BE RETURNED TO MCC for repairs/replacement- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Packages- Every order is shipped with insurance. If in the event that any one of those should happen, please contact sylwia@mysticcitycorsets.com

  • Damaged: If the item arrived damaged- please send photos of the item and damaged box/envelope within 7 days of receiving.
  • Lost: If you have not received your package within 40 days please contact sylwia@mysticcitycorsets.com; MCC will open an insurance claim. Shipping Insurance companies require claim confirmation from buyers. Processing usually takes a few days before funds are seen back in your account.
  • Stolen:  If you suspect your package was stolen from your property; you may be required to file a police report in order to receive a refund.

When returning or exchanging an item please contact us directly at support@mysticcitycorsets.com so that we will expect to see your shipment. Please provide tracking details as well as the order number.

When shipping the item please include with the package, a copy of your receipt or written note with order number, name, email, and specify if you’ve will be returning or exchanging for a separate design. If you made your purchase through etsy or eBay please include the id and order confirmation details.
