MCC5 Sport Mesh Basic Underbust Corset
The MCC5 Basic is designed for an hourglass silhouette, and is perfect for a multiple torso lengths. Lightly boned, it includes 6 flat, and 8 spiral steel bones for waist reduction and support. This corset is designed with both tightlacing, and waist training needs in mind, perfect for everyday wear. The front measures 10.75” long, The back is 10.75” long.
The MCC5 can accommodate a moderate reduction, features a slightly cupped rib, a rib spring of 6”, and a upper hip spring of 11″.
All corsets include a floating modesty panel, and storage bag.

This corset works well for my intended purpose and I’m glad I got it, but I think if I’d bought it as my first/only corset I would be disappointed. The fact that it is has less boning and is made of mesh means it has more soft “give” and feels more sausage casing like than corset. It still offers good back support and curves, but it won’t sculpt the figure like a sturdier corset and you’ll have a bit of soft pudge to poke in the inches between the stays. I’d thought I could wear this under or over clothing, but now I think I would only wear it under clothing because it doesn’t have the oomph of a stiffer fabric. That said, I bought it for everyday back support at my job where I sit a lot and have to bend and twist at the torso, and the mesh and lighter boning is perfect for that. But it’s not a special occasion corset and it won’t look as good as other versions. If you want something to look nice on top of clothing, spend a little more and choose a version of this style with more boning and possibly a sturdier non-mesh fabric.

This is my first corset and I absolutely adore it. I sent my measurements over to Sylwia and this is one of the ones she recommended for waist training purposes. Sylwia was incredibly helpful in determining a size that was effective but still safe for my body type, I would recommend her to anyone!
I wear this corset under a tshirt when I go for walks and it feels fantastic- even in Southern California where it’s regularly 90+ degrees. There are no gaps or pinches, it feels like it’s part of my body. I could honestly wear it for hours without any discomfort!
One huge plus is that I think it looks so sexy as well. I definitely plan to wear it over my clothes this summer!

I love this corset! I have a long torso and have a couple of longline corsets, but wanted something shorter for freedom of movement when I’m working. Although it’s longer than a waspie it works like one for my torso length, and the mesh keeps me cooler in warm weather. It is very comfortable and I’m very glad I bought it!
